The Outreach Ministry at Florence Baptist Temple has as its mission to reach out to the unchurched community, with the underlying goal being to accomplish the mission of the Church:

"To reach and develop all people into fully
committed followers of Jesus Christ."

Through visitation programs, Upward Basketball, hospital visits, benevolence, and many other means, we strive to reach beyond the walls of our church to people who need the love of Christ shown to them through us. If you know of someone in need of a pastoral visit in the hospital, a phone call during a hard time, or just someone to stop by and pray with them, we would love to be of service to you. If there was one thing Jesus showed us perfectly it was the need to reach out to others. At Florence Baptist Temple, our goal is that through all the various ministries and events we have, outreach to others is our number one priority.
